To ensure a smooth experience for every guest, we kindly ask that group bookings follow the guidelines below
Deposit Requirements
Appointment Confirmation
- —Group reservations are held for 24 hours pending deposit.
- —Reservations without a deposit after 24 hours may be released.
Changes & Cancellations
- —We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your booking.
- —Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or modifications made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Personal Appointment
- —Appointment times are reserved for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
- —A deposit may be required following two missed appointments.
To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue service when necessary.
