Warranty & Guarantees
We take pride in the quality of our work. If any concerns arise during the warranty period, our team will gladly provide the necessary repairs or adjustments. All services are non-refundable.
Artificial Nails Warranty
True luxury lies in the details. Every artificial nail service is accompanied by a two weeks guarantee, reflecting our dedication to enduring beauty and impeccable standards. If there is any concern during the warranty period, our team will gladly welcome you back for a personalized assessment and refinement.
Gel Polish Warranty
To help maintain the beauty of your service, a 1-week warranty applies to gel polish chipping or color changes for manicure and pedicure services.
Regular Polish Warranty
Due to the nature of regular polish, warranty coverage for regular polish is not available.
Gift Certificate
Gift certificates are final sale and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Personal Belongings
We kindly ask guests to keep personal belongings with them at all times. While every effort is made to ensure a comfortable experience, Lustry Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
We stand behind the quality of our work. During the warranty period, we are pleased to provide repairs or redos for concerns related to the quality of your service. Please note that all services are non-refundable.
Group & Personal Bookings
- —Appointments are held for 24 hours without a deposit.
- —If no deposit is received within 24 hours, the appointment is canceled.
- —Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or changes in group size or services.
- —Deposits are non-refundable for changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
- —Personal bookings have a maximum hold time of 15 minutes.
- —$50 deposit is required after 2 no-shows.
Lustry Nails & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate or fails to comply with our policies.
